ROTOCLEAN is a polishing machine, which works with the concept of a rotating drum. It has been designed to remove quickly and economically burrs, scales, rust and slag from sheared, pressed, oxygen cut or plasma cut pieces. The rotary drum has been totally enclosed in a protective housing in order to prevent chance contact by the operator.

The inside walls of the drum, covered by panels of vulcanized rubber, and the closed sliding protection have the task of reducing the noise produced during the working cycle. The loading door is provided with two gas springs to ease the opening and closing procedure. These solution along with other ones allow ROTOCLEAN to be a compact, safe and quiet machine, which aids in reducing the air and noise pollution in the working environment. In fact ROTOCLEAN's purpose is to avoid many costly hours of manual grinding and chiselling operations and the accident's risks related to them.
